📌 Please Review Prior to Booking To maintain a comfortable and respectful environment for all residents and guests within the Drax Hall community, we kindly ask that the following house rules be observed during your stay. Guest Registration & Occupancy - A valid government-issued ID must be provided for all registered guests within 24 hours of booking and prior to arrival for gate clearance. - Please adhere to the maximum guest occupancy listed in your reservation. - Visitors not included in the original booking must be registered with security at least 24 hours in advance with valid identification. - Only registered guests are permitted to stay overnight. Unauthorized overnight guests may incur an additional charge of up to US$150. Community Considerations - Quiet hours are to be observed in accordance with community guidelines. Please keep TV, music, and conversation volumes at a respectful level. - Parties, events, or excessive noise are not permitted. - Smoking & Pets - Smoking is not permitted indoors. Please use designated outdoor areas and dispose of cigarette butts appropriately. Indoor smoking may result in a US$300 cleaning fee. - Pets are not permitted on the property. A US$300 fee may be applied if this policy is violated. Laundry Facilities - Laundry facilities are reserved for guests staying 5 nights or longer. - Guests staying fewer than 5 nights may request use for an additional fee. - Laundry facilities are not available for guest visitors. Property Care - Guests are expected to treat the home and its contents with care. - Missing or damaged items may result in replacement charges (e.g., washcloths, towels, or linens). - Please ensure dishes are cleaned prior to departure. A US$60 cleaning fee may apply for excessive unwashed items. - Garbage must be properly bagged and disposed of in designated bins. Improper disposal may result in an additional US$60 fee. Security & Safety - Do not tamper with Wi-Fi equipment or exterior security cameras. Violations may result in a US$350 fee and reservation cancellation. - Illegal substances are strictly prohibited on the property. Check-In / Check-Out - Please adhere to the designated check-in and check-out times unless otherwise approved in advance.

Guests will have full access to the entire home, along with all listed amenities for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Self check-in is available via a secure electronic keypad, allowing you to arrive at your convenience—including late evening check-ins after travel. As the home is located within a gated community, a valid government-issued ID is required 24–48 hours prior to arrival for gate clearance. Upon entry, security may request identification and conduct a routine vehicle check to ensure community safety. Guests will also have access to the community pool and gym during posted hours, as well as Columbus Cove Beach—a private beach located just minutes away, open Tuesday to Sunday from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, including public holidays. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the home, as well as within the community pool and clubhouse areas for added convenience. On-site parking is available for guest use.
