The primary bedroom includes an ensuite spa-style bathroom with a towel warmer—bringing a subtle touch of everyday luxury to your stay. Two additional bedrooms provide comfortable accommodation for families, couples, or small groups traveling together. Guests enjoy access to the community pool, tennis court, gym, and a private beach located just 5 minutes away at Columbus Cove. Restaurants, shopping, and major attractions, including Dunn’s River Falls and Ocho Rios, are also nearby. Emergency toiletries are provided for your convenience, along with fire safety features including a fire extinguisher and fire blanket. Columbus Cove Beach access is available Tuesday through Sunday from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, including public holidays. Beach hours are managed by the community and may be subject to change. Guests are required to submit a valid government-issued ID 24–48 hours prior to arrival for gate clearance. Security may request identification and conduct a routine vehicle check upon entry. This home is best suited for guests seeking a relaxed and quiet stay. Parties, events, and excessive noise are not permitted in keeping with community guidelines. Community amenities including the pool, tennis court, kids playground and gym are available during posted hours.
