Starlink high-speed Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace make the home equally suited for extended stays or remote work. The primary bedroom includes an ensuite spa-style bathroom with a towel warmer—bringing a subtle touch of everyday luxury to your stay. Two additional bedrooms provide comfortable accommodation for families, couples, or small groups traveling together. Guests enjoy access to the community pool, tennis court, gym, and a private beach located just 5 minutes away at Columbus Cove. Please note that this home is located within a gated residential community that values privacy and a peaceful environment for all residents and guests. Columbus Cove Beach access is available Tuesday through Sunday from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, including public holidays. Beach hours are managed by the community and may be subject to change. Guests are required to submit a valid government-issued ID 24–48 hours prior to arrival for gate clearance. Security may request identification and conduct a routine vehicle check upon entry. This home is best suited for guests seeking a relaxed and quiet stay. Parties, events, and excessive noise are not permitted in keeping with community guidelines. Community amenities including the pool, tennis court, kids playground and gym are available during posted hours.

Please assist by keeping noise levels low—adjust your TV and radios to a volume that won't disturb our neighbors. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation! ▪️ Kindly provide a government-issued ID for all registered guests within 24 hours after booking and before arrival. Failure to comply may result in reservation cancellation at the host's discretion. ▪️ We want to ensure your comfort at all times.Kindly stick to the maximum guest limit mentioned. ▪️ Guests hosting visitors not staying on the property must register their visitors with a government-issued ID at least 24 hours before the visit. ▪️ Only guests from the original booking are allowed to stay overnight. Additional overnight visitors will incur a US$150 charge. ▪️ Our laundry facilities are reserved for guests staying 5 days or longer.     •    Guests staying less than 5 days: Laundry facilities are not included in your stay, but you may use them for a fee.     Please note that laundry facilities are not available to guest visitors. Thank you for your understanding. ▪️ For long-term stays, entry is necessary to maintain our cleaning standards. Guests have full access to the entire home, along with all listed amenities for a comfortable and relaxing stay. A valid government-issued ID is required 24 to 48 hours prior to arrival for gate clearance. Please note, the security gate will request ID and may perform a routine vehicle check upon entry to ensure community safety. You’ll have access to the community pool and gym during posted hours, as well as the stunning Columbus Cove Beach — a private beach just minutes away. It’s open Tuesday to Sunday from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, including public holidays. We also provide Starlink Wi-Fi, so you can stay connected with fast, reliable internet. Up to 3 parking spaces are available for your convenience.

Thoughtful host: Now, I dont know of any other airbnb hosts but even without that kowledge I can boldly say Farrah is one of the best. Absolutely top-tier! She set the bar so incredibly high, she made my birthday weekend soooo special and meaningful. As we stepped across the foyer we were greeted by the most thoughtful birthday card complete with a bday sash, helium ballons and a decadent bottle of wine; aready my stay was made! Best Local host: My type c self didnt reserve with a restaurant for the bday dinner and so my friends and I were scrambling to get reservations for saturday evening and could not find a restaurant that was available and had a fine dining air. So ofcourse I run to bestie Farrah and in minutes she had us sorted. Benitos (a wonderful italian spot) + Farrah saved the day truly. Boujee host: I have been introduced to a vibe I now must maintain because warm towels after a warm shower is a transcedent experience. S/o to the towel warmer in the master bedroom!

My stay at Farrah’s place was superb, Farrah was very attentive and helpful. The place was much nicer than the displayed photos. The only complaint I have is that my stay was too short but I will definitely be back soon and I will definitely be recommending Farrah’s place to others. Thank you Farrah 👍👍👍

We had an absolutely amazing stay and couldn’t fault a single thing. From start to finish, communication with Farrah was excellent friendly, responsive, and helpful, making the whole experience seamless and stress free. The Airbnb itself was spotless, spacious, and truly felt like home. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the amenities were outstanding. Having access to a private pool, beach, and gym really elevated the stay. We cooked day and night with everything we needed, which made it feel even more cosy and welcoming. Overall, this was a beautiful, well-maintained space that exceeded our expectations. I would highly recommend this Airbnb and would 100% stay here again.

Home away from home! My family and I loved Farrah’s place. It’s beautifully decorated and very clean. We felt really comfortable here. There are many food places around and in a perfect location, we love this area! Farrah is very friendly and responsive. Definitely recommend staying here.

Amazing time ar Villa on The Rocks was wonderful. Farrah attention to detail was 5*. True luxury and even decorated for Christmas. She made us feel so welcome with all the extra touches. Farrah was amazing from start to finish. She was extremely responsive during the booking process. When we arrived in Jamacia, she coordinated transportation for us to the beautiful villa! The service was impeccable. The driver was friendly, patient and professional. The community is secure and very well maintained. Upon arriving to the property, it was a seamless check in. I was so pleased how clean and well kept the property was. It looks exactly like the pictures! The overall experience was phenomenal and I will definitely be back! Staying at Ms. Farrah’s place gave me true Jamacia vibes, a nice break from the rowdiness of the resorts. Ms. Farrah, again we THANK YOU for your hospitality!

This was a great stay. highly recommended. The home was clean, and well put together. Farrah was so thoughtful for decorating for us upon arrival after sharing with her that we were there to celebrate my daughter's Bachelorette/bridal shower. That was so nice of her. Every room was thoughtfully decorated. It was honestly, the best bed/bedding/pillows I've slept on... Her home was definitely high quality EVERYTHING throughout. She was super helpful on the spot whenever we needed help with something. OMG, I can go on and on of how amazing this stay was. Honestly, ZERO complaints. I would 100 💯 go back there. It was worth every penny. Thank you Farrah :)
